  • If you are a national or state-wide organization please provide information on how you serve the St Vrain Valley under the Additional Info category
  • Submit this form by anytime.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license to LCF and that the photo(s) do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Longmont Community Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any claim or action alleging that the photo(s) infringe the rights of any third party.By uploading your photo(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Photo Submission Agreement.
