Girls Rugby empowers young girls through a unique combination of non-contact rugby and character development, fostering confidence, leadership, and resilience. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where girls aged 6-14 can thrive physically, mentally, and socially. In Colorado, we focus on serving underserved communities, ensuring accessibility through scholarships and partnerships with schools and local organizations. By teaching teamwork, perseverance, and self-discipline, Girls Rugby Colorado not only builds future leaders but also strengthens community connections, inspiring girls to succeed both on and off the field.
94% of women holding top leadership positions (i.e. CEOs) played sports when they were younger. We are working hard to empower our future leaders through our programming and want these young girls to lead in St. Vrain Valley and beyond.
