Mission

Harvest of Hope Pantry exists to provide healthy supplemental food to Boulder families and individuals in need of food assistance within a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment. We welcome anyone experiencing food insecurity into our pantry regardless of life circumstances or residency. We are open Monday through Friday and shoppers who have access to refrigeration are invited to shop with us once a week, those who do not have access to refrigeration can shop once a day. All are provided with a variety of options and are invited to take what they need in the amount they need with a few limitations to increase access for all.

More about this organization

Harvest of Hope has seen a large increase in shoppers visiting the pantry from outside of the Boulder, including a steadily rising number of families and individuals from Longmont and the St. Vrain Valley. We are committed to meeting this need and will continue to all who come to our doors, regardless of residency.

In addition to our brick-and-mortar pantry located in Boulder, we host several mobile pantry locations throughout Boulder to serve older adults and those facing transportation issues. Additionally, we work with several local grocery stores and businesses to redistribute food items they are no longer able to sell, this Retail Rescue program allows us to help reduce the food waste food print in our community and ensure more resources are moved toward those who need them most.

In 2024 (with the opening of the Zinnia housing development) we increased to serving 274 individuals and 37 households from Longmont. In the first quarter of 2025, we have already served 176 individuals and 149 households and fully expect those numbers to continue climbing.
