Elevated Communities mission is to support Boulder County community members in need of accessible and safe space to overcome barriers towards self-sufficiency, provided through individualized, strength-focused advocacy, resource navigation, and employment readiness strategies.  Our vision at Elevated Communities is to create a world where everyone has access to the support services they need to thrive. We believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and we are committed to working towards this goal every day.  Through Resource Navigation, Elevated Communities offers support services designed to help individuals thrive and navigate challenges. We connect people with the resources they need, recognizing that it can be difficult to know what services are available and the systems to achieve supports can be complicated.

Elevated Communities’ Gently Used Clothing Boutique and Cat Cafe are dedicated to helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) gain and sustain employment within the community. The boutique and Cafe offers job skills training and work experience for individuals with disabilities who are entering the workforce for the first time or reentering after a long absence.
