Mission
BRITE Collaborative strengthens communities and relationships, while contributing to equity, justice, and access by bringing restorative interventions to everyone. We see a world where individuals, families, and communities engage with courage and curiosity, building bridges to strengthen our collective resilience. Justice is not punitive but reparative, so we seek restoration over retribution and value each person.
Our legal name is Teaching Peace and we did business as Longmont Community Justice Partnership (LCJP) for about two decades.

BRITE utilizes restorative practices to create a world that under utilizes the criminal justice system.
Services are available in Spanish and English, and no one is turned away for financial reasons.
