Mission

We support senior programs, activities and services that promote dignity, wellness, independence, enjoyment and a sense of community for older adults at the Longmont Senior Center.  We offer financial support for facility enhancements, technology, participant scholarships, a variety of health and wellness activities, caregiving and cultural enrichment programs as well as services that address basic needs when all other resources have been exhausted.

More about this organization

Friends incorporated in 1981 as a Colorado non-profit and as a Federal 501(c)(3) in 1983.  For over 40 years we have worked to foster interest in the Longmont Senior Center and to raise, receive or otherwise acquire revenues and gifts which are used in a manner that will facilitate the activities and expand the capacity of the Longmont Senior Center to serve older adults.
