Mission
Girls Rugby empowers girls ages 6–14 to become confident leaders by combining non-contact flag rugby with a values-based leadership curriculum. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where girls can develop critical life skills such as confidence, teamwork, resilience, and communication while experiencing the joy of sport. We intentionally focus on accessibility by reducing barriers to participation through scholarships, community partnerships, and outreach to underserved populations. By fostering inclusivity and belonging, we equip girls with the tools to thrive both on and off the field, preparing them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
More about this organization
We are a national organization with 13 programs across 8 states. Our North Denver program has served the St. Vrain Valley with families participating for the last 7 years. In 2025 we recently expanded our locations to include Longmont, which we hope will further provide opportunity for girls in St. Vrain Valley.
