Specific Eligibility
- Must either be a graduating senior or have graduated from a St Vrain Valley School
- Plan to be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate (12 credit hours) at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC)for the upcoming fall semester.
- Must be pursuing a career in teaching
Academic Requirements
- A minimum unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.0
Amounts Awarded
A $2,000 award.
Purpose
A $2,000 Scholarship will be awarded to one recipient who is graduating from a St. Vrain Valley School or was a past graduate of a St. Vrain Valley School and will be attending the University of Northern Colorado to pursue a degree in Education to become a teacher. Scholarship is non-renewable.
Use of Funds
- Scholarships may be used for tuition, fees, required books and supplies, room and board, and other direct educational expenses related to study at the University of Northern Colorado for a full time student (12 credit hour minimum)
- Award amount will be split between semesters.
