Mission
Colorado Doula Project (CDP) is a grassroots non-profit organization that provides free logistical, financial, and emotional support for people getting an abortion in Colorado—both Coloradans and abortion seekers fleeing home state bans. We work with each client individually to determine their unique needs, such as helping them find abortion care, funding their procedure and travel, and connecting them with a trained volunteer abortion doula to guide them through the experience. Our Colorado-based abortion doulas also provide virtual support via phone and text to clients accessing abortion in other states. CDP is the only hybrid abortion fund/practical support organization in the state of Colorado whose sole focus is client care.
