Ann C. Noonan

Ann (she/her) has 35+ years of experience in the behavioral health and human services worlds, almost exclusively serving in safety net sectors. She has provided supervision, training, and guidance in DEI issues throughout her career. Her work at the county and state level has included meaningful efforts to support women, underserved populations, BiPOC communities, mono- and bi-lingual communities, lower socioeconomic levels, the unhoused, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ communities effectively and respectfully. She is active in LGBTQ rights, gun violence prevention, and equitable and progressive social policies.
