Brenda Fuller

Brenda is a practicing corporate attorney and fractional general counsel with a long record of volunteer and community service.  Currently, Brenda serves as Vice President of the Board of Habitat for Humanity–St. Vrain Valley, where she helps advance affordable homeownership opportunities and supports efforts to build stronger, more stable communities across the region. She also serves on the Boulder County Cultural Council, where she helps guide funding decisions that support science, music, dance, and other arts—strengthening the cultural landscape that makes Boulder County such a wonderful place to live, work, and create. She is affiliated with Colorado Lawyers for the Arts.

In her corporate roles, Brenda has helped lead community initiatives, including a rural recycling program with Easter Seals that supported assistive technology grants for farmers and ranchers with disabilities, helping them build sustainable and successful livelihoods. She also mentors students and early-career professionals and has created programs for first-year law students that expand access to mentorship and career support for first-generation students and others who have had fewer resources. Most recently, she served as a mentor with the Denver Scholarship Foundation.

Brenda grew up in New York and moved to Colorado from Virginia in 2013.

Brenda earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a law degree from Harvard Law School. She lives in Niwot and enjoys family travel, the arts, and antiquing. She also enjoys mentoring and coaching technology startups through programs such as CU Boulder’s Silicon Flatirons and Innosphere’s SAGE program.
