Felipe Mosqueda

Felipe, arrived in Longmont at the age of 7 seeking a better life with his immigrant family, and found a home in Casa de la Esperanza— a haven for immigrant families providing housing and an after-school learning center. He eventually took on the role of coordinator at the learning center and ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing tourism businesses in both Colorado and Mexico.

After a successful stint in the business world, Felipe felt a calling back to his passion for community service. This led him to the “I Have a Dream Foundation,” where he now serves as the program manager for a high school cohort in Boulder. Through the Longmont Community Foundation, Felipe is eager to contribute his experiences to the community he holds dear.

Outside of his professional commitments, Felipe finds joy in his love for travel, cycling, and dance during his spare time.
