We are grateful for the generosity of our Business Partners that help us with our work in the community.
Gene retired with 40 years of accounting and finance experience, 32 of those years with
Emerson Electric, a St Louis based conglomerate. Gene held senior financial managerial
positions in several operating divisions of Emerson in Minnesota, Texas, and Colorado.
Gene is a South Dakota native and earned BA and MBA degrees in Business and
Finance.
Since retiring to Longmont Colorado in 2008, Gene has served on the HOA Board of
Shadow Grass Development for the past seven years, with four years as President of the
HOA. He has also served as Treasurer of his church. He has served on the Investment
Committee of Longmont Community Foundation and is currently Finance Officer of the
Foundation.
Gene and his wife, Wanda enjoy traveling to various places around the world.
