Kristen Culliney is a strategic and results-driven senior leader with a strong focus on equity and a proven history of driving organizational growth and delivering high-impact programs. Kristen’s professional background includes significant roles that have honed her strategic leadership and program management skills. As Chief Program Officer at WorkLife Partnership, she led diverse teams and steered the development of impactful programs. Her experience also includes serving as an Independent Consultant for Feeding America, where she supported national initiatives aimed at enhancing racial equity and economic mobility. Additionally, as the Director of Resource Centers & Caridad Community Kitchen at the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, Kristen oversaw a large network of community resource centers, demonstrating her ability to manage complex operations and develop impactful community programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture & Resource Economics from the University of Arizona and has pursued extensive training in areas such as DEI, racial and intersectional equity, and social innovation leadership.
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Kristen moved to Broomfield, Colorado, in September 2020. Outside of her professional life, she is passionate about the outdoors, regularly enjoying hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing with her family. Kristen is also deeply involved in supporting local food systems, volunteering at Broomfield FISH, frequenting local farmers markets, growing her own food and pollinator gardens, and participating in a Broomfield CSA.
