Tedd retired from fifteen years at Microsoft as a Director of Digital Solution Architecture, where he was designated “Key Talent” early in tenure. Tedd is currently the Interim CTO for ResEPA, a passion project/platform that evangelizes consumer adoption of renewable energy resources. Tedd’s career has been focused on being a leader, change agent, business/Technical architect, and complex program manager on highly visible and mission critical “pathfinder” business/technology projects and engagements with global businesses and large government entities. Tedd founded and operated a venture funded Automated Identification Systems Integrator where he led operations, engineering, marketing, and customer support functions. He has succeeded in a number of roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, General Manager, Director of Application Development, Project Manager, Senior Systems Architect, Cloud Delivery Executive (Director Level), Application Development Consultant, and Systems Engineer.
Tedd has served on the Board of Directors for the following non-profits: Reading to End Racism (from grassroots group to inclusion in the YWCA Services Portfolio), and the Boulder County Partners (youth mentoring).
Tedd studied Finance and Economics while a scholarship student/athlete at San Diego State University.
He is married (Janeen) and has two adult sons. He has lived in Longmont and Northern Colorado, with a brief stop in Seattle, for over twenty-five years.
