At Bridge House, we are UNSTOPPABLE in the face of homelessness. Our Ready to Work program boasts a unique and highly-effective combination of employment, housing, and support that breaks the expensive cycles of homelessness, incarceration and chronic unemployment. Ready to Work is the first stepping stone to self-sufficiency. After approximately one year, trainees graduate to mainstream jobs and permanent housing. Ready to Work has an average success rate of 74%. Our programs work to help end the insidious cycles of homelessness, unemployment, recidivism, and addiction.
In the last 5 years, over 20 Ready to Work program graduates have been living and working in the St Vrain Valley.
Our Aftercare program provides additional support to graduates, including food boxes, bus passes, employment assistance, and connection to resources in the St Vrain Community.
