Mission

The League of Women Voters of Boulder County works to empower voters and defend democracy.  We envision a democracy in which every person has the desire, the right, the knowledge and the confidence to participate. We present unbiased nonpartisan information about elections, the voting process, and issues.

More about this organization

LWVBC will provide both English and Spanish ballot issues pamphlets to multiple community organizations for dissemination to voters (Longmont Library & Senior Center, OUR Center, El Comite,  Recovery Initiative, Veterans Community Project, etc.)

In addition to our candidate forums and ballot issue presentations, LWVBC shares nonpartisan election information in VOTE411.org and plans a “get out the vote” postcard campaign focused on young voters living in areas of low voter participation.
