Mission

Mission: LCJP diverts people from the criminal justice system by transforming conflict, strengthening communities and relationships, while contributing to equity, justice, and access.

Vision: We see a world where individuals, families, and communities engage with courage and curiosity, building bridges to strengthen our collective resilience. Justice is not punitive but reparative, so we seek restoration over retribution and value each  person.

The specific mission of this program is to provide SVVSD parents with tools to help them resolve conflict and build stronger more resilient relationships in their families. This training is provided on a pay as you can model and no one is turned away for their inability to pay. Supplementary funding helps us reach members of the community who may otherwise be unable to participate due to lack of disposable family income.

More about this organization

This 6-part series focuses on relationship building and restorative conversations; owning our mistakes and doing sorry; power struggles, boundaries, and expectations; sibling & peer conflict; and navigating through challenges.

For 30 years we have been using these tools to strengthen our community and relationships and are excited to provide families with a new opportunity to build trust and resolve conflict meaningfully in their homes.
