The Round Pantry at Westview Presbyterian Church

ROUND PANTRY continues on its mission to “feed” those who are hungry in body, mind, and spirit. Our purpose is to acquire and distribute food to any and all who come. Integral to the mission is encouraging donations for the purpose of acquiring additional food, enlisting volunteers and fostering respectful, supportive communication to achieve distribution of food and implementation of operations that achieve the mission.

Supporting elements of our mission are:

• locally sourced food
• careful inventory practices, calculation and ordering / purchasing
• volunteers from local churches, schools, civic and service groups and individuals across the community.
• relationships are built with shoppers

A new shopper reported being told to come to The Round Pantry because “you can get food there and they treat you with respect.”
