Mission

Thrive helps unemployed and underemployed job seekers from low-income households to navigate barriers—such long absences from the workforce or justice-impacted backgrounds—and secure stable employment.

In 2025, 37% of Thrive participants were single parents, 57% had criminal histories, 54% were people of color, and 58% received public benefits. Through coaching and mentorship, Thrive equips job seekers with the tools, confidence, and persistence needed to navigate the job market and move toward long-term economic stability.

Thrives core program features live, coach-led online sessions that cover job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and responding to interview questions, while also addressing the emotional, behavioral, and situational barriers that can impact a participant’s progress. Sessions run on a five-week loop, allowing participants to join shortly after applying. This relational coaching model helps participants stay motivated and engaged as they pursue employment.

In 2025, Thrive supported 67 unemployed participants in securing employment with an average starting wage of $22 per hour. Over the past two years, 13 job seekers from the St. Vrain Valley have participated in Thrive. Because the program is offered online, training and coaching are accessible to those who need them most.
