Blue Rising

Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for 18-45-year-olds, and Colorado is witnessing a tragic rise in teen and young adult fatalities due to fentanyl poisoning. Blue Rising is partnering with over 12 colleges and universities across the state to educate and inform students, staff, and parents about the dangers of fentanyl and how to recognize and avoid it.

Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center (CTRC)

Each and every day our riders face a multitude of challenges in their lives, but when they arrive at CRTC, the focus suddenly shifts to what they CAN do and not what they CAN'T do. Whether in physical/occupational therapy or therapeutic riding, as our riders work with their trusted, four-legged partner, surrounded by staff and volunteers, they suddenly begin to feel as if anything is possible.

Girls Rugby empowers young girls to reach their potential through sport by combining flag rugby with a leadership and values-based curriculum. We work with girls in grades 2-8 (or aged 6-14) to build foundational leadership skills, confidence, basic movement and activity, build resilience and friendships, and find joy in life. We are setting them up to lead and succeed in life.

TRU Community Care

TRU provides hospice, palliative care and grief services to uninsured, underinsured and indigent patients and their families. TRU is the only nonprofit hospice organization serving our region. End-of-life care is provided where the patient feels most comfortable, most often in their home, regardless of an individual's ability to pay. TRU is currently serving over 1,300 patients per day.
