Rise Against Suicide helps young people 19 and under at risk of suicide by removing barriers and providing timely access to funded therapeutic support, helping them to find hope and healing. Rise is seeking funds to provide therapy sessions for the youth in the community.

Rocky Mountain Equality's Youth Program provides safety, support, and clinically-supervised mental health services to Colorado's LGBTQ+ youth communities. Our Longmont-based group is growing rapidly — and we need your help to ensure our resources grow to meet the need!

TGTHR believes that every young person deserves safety, support, and respect. Our mission is to end youth homelessness for young people ages 12-24 by providing a full spectrum of support – from emergency shelter and immediate resources to safe housing and long-term stability.

The Inn’s Supportive Housing program provides low-cost housing with guidance and resources that help people gain stability. The Starfish Fund reflects our belief that every effort matters. The fund will not only assist residents with emergency expenses but will also help the new Wesley Townhomes families obtain washers and dryers for their units, to ensure they have the basics to start fresh.

The Reentry Initiative offers a unique, evidence-based program that combines mental health and substance abuse treatment with comprehensive support services to individuals on probation and parole in the St. Vrain Valley region of Boulder County, Colorado. Our wrap-around approach ensures justice-involved adults thrive in the community without reoffending.

The Round Pantry, a distributing agency of Community Food Share, provides food twice a month to 450+ households and 500+ individuals. Meeting this need depends of donations of food, money and time by the community so everyone who comes to Pantry receives food, respect, and a kind word. There With Care provides basic needs with compassion and care to approximately 1,000 families with a child facing a life-threatening health crisis per year. $10,000 will provide 40 Longmont families with ample and nutritious food through customized biweekly deliveries of groceries, snack bags for the hospital, and restaurant gift cards during the critical phase of their child’s diagnosis.

Thrive trains and coaches economically disadvantaged job seekers, at no cost to them, to overcome barriers and secure a stable job so they can become self-sufficient.

Founded by Combat Veterans, Veterans Community Project (VCP) is a unique and highly effective transitional housing and supportive services program for Veterans and their families. We are determined to make a difference in the lives of homeless Veterans, a task accomplished by the community for the community.

Via Mobility Services promotes independence and self-sufficiency for people with limited mobility by providing caring, customer-focused transportation options.
