Purpose
The A Woman’s Work Founders Scholarship exists to support women within our geographic community who demonstrate both a clear vision for their future and an urgent financial need. We support women who are committed to advancing their education or training as a pathway to greater stability and opportunity.
We prioritize applicants who show evidence of persistence—women who have navigated challenges, remained determined in the face of obstacles, and continue to move forward with purpose. Our scholarship is designed to provide immediate financial assistance that helps remove barriers so recipients can continue their educational journey.
Through this investment, we aim not only to support individual achievement, but to strengthen our broader community by empowering women who live or work within our service area to build sustainable, hopeful futures.

Application Details
Applicant must be female and have lived or worked in our service area for at least 6 months. These communities include: Longmont, Lyons, Hygiene, Mead, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Erie, Niwot, or Berthoud.
Applicant must have proof of acceptance into a qualifying program of study.
