Eligibility
Specific Eligibility
- Must be a graduating senior from a St. Vrain Valley School District high school.
- Must demonstrate financial need.
Academic Requirements
- Must plan to attend the University of Northern Colorado or a Christian college or university in the United States starting this fall.
Amounts Awarded
- One-Time Scholarship: One-Time $1,500 Scholarship.
Purpose
In Memory of Catherine C. Owen: This scholarship was created in memory of Catherine C. Owen of Mead, a former teacher passionate about the education of the next generation.
Use of Funds
- Scholarship award is restricted to tuition, fees, required books and supplies, room & board, and other direct educational expenses related to study at University of Northern Colorado or an accredited Christian college or university for the upcoming fall semester.
- Award amounts will be split between semesters.
