GP Memorial Lyons Athlete Scholarship

• One-Time Scholarship: $5,000 awarded in Henry Braly’s memory.

In Memory of Henry Braly: This scholarship was created to honor Henry Braly, the founder of the Braly Family Foundation, who was cherished as a grandfather, known affectionately as ‘GP.’ The scholarship is a tribute from his grandchildren (PDK), who graduated from Lyons Middle/High School and shared many beloved memories with him.

• Scholarship award is restricted to tuition, fees, required books and supplies, room & board, and other direct educational expenses related to study at an accredited trade school, two-year or four-year college or university for the upcoming fall semester.
• Award amounts will be split between semesters.

• High school transcript with fall grades, resume, short answer questions, recommendation letter and short 2-3 minute video.
