Alta Community Garden in Partnership with the City of Longmont

When the Alta neighborhood and the City of Longmont were searching for help in administering a community garden, the Longmont Community Foundation stepped in to provide a website and process for people to renew and obtain garden plots.

Working with the Alta Neighborhood, it’s apparent that this little plot of earth is  more than a place to grow vegetatables but it’s a place to meet one another, educate young gardeners, and share cultures and traditions.  Apply for a garden plot
